JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Real Estate Wholesale VA with actual experience in wholesale deals. Do not apply if no experience.

Rate:
$3 – $4/hr (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Transaction coordination (contracts, deadlines, follow-ups)
Create Offer Memorandums (clean, fast, professional)
Disposition management (communicate with buyers, push deals)
Build and maintain nationwide buyers list
Find new cash buyers daily
Update CRM and manage deal flow

Requirements (STRICT):
Must have real estate wholesaling experience
Understand deal flow, dispositions, and buyers list building
Fast executor and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills

Test Task (Required)
Create a sample Offer Memorandum (OM)
Write a buyer blast message
