JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed content assistant with a natural eye for soft feminine luxury aesthetics.

You’ll be supporting content across three personal brands (Feminine Finance, Feminine Energy, Lifestyle & Golf), while also assisting with our growing Social Media Marketing Agency.

This role is perfect for someone who loves beautiful visuals, understands elevated branding, and wants to grow within a fast-scaling, creative environment.

Weekly Creative Output (~15 Hours)

You will be responsible for producing and refining content that feels intentional, elegant, and high-quality:

- 1 Long-Form Video (10–15 minutes)
(YouTube edit + thumbnail design)
- 2 Short-Form Clips
(Cut from long-form content for Reels/TikTok)
- 6 Short-Form Videos
(Editing provided raw footage into high-performing Reels/TikToks)
- 2 Static Posts
(Aesthetic quote-style content)
- 2 Educational Carousels
Aesthetic Curation
(Selecting refined audio, ensuring cohesive “soft luxury” visuals across all content)

Agency Support (~5 Hours)

- Assist in content creation for agency clients
- Adapt to different brand voices and visual directions
- Support with simple editing (video, captions, graphics) for client deliverables

Note: Weekly deliverables may shift based on priorities.

- You notice the small details (fonts, spacing, color grading, flow)
- You can switch between feminine lifestyle content and polished business content seamlessly
- You are reliable, organized, and take ownership of your work
- You have your own setup and are proficient in:
CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
Canva
