We're a London-based Shopify ecommerce growth agency with a small team in the Philippines, looking for an experienced Google Ads Manager to take ownership of paid search across multiple client accounts.
You'll be managing campaigns across ecommerce (sneakers, golf) and service-based businesses, working within our MCC, and collaborating closely with our web developer to improve landing pages and conversion rates. We're an AI-first agency, so you should be comfortable using AI tools to analyse data, spot trends, and optimise campaigns faster.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts within our MCC
- Building and optimising Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, and YouTube campaigns
- Analysing campaign data to identify opportunities and cut waste
- Using AI tools (Claude, Gemini) to process data, generate insights, and speed up optimisation
- Working with our web developer to brief and test landing page changes that improve CVR
- Running A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Setting up and managing conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
- Producing clear performance reports for clients with actionable recommendations
- Managing budgets and pacing across accounts
- Staying on top of Google Ads platform changes and best practices
- Handling Google Merchant Centre feeds and troubleshooting disapprovals
- Supporting misrepresentation and policy suspension reinstatements where needed
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years hands-on Google Ads management experience (portfolio or case studies required)
- Proven experience managing ecommerce campaigns (Shopping, PMax)
- Strong data analysis skills, comfortable working with spreadsheets and making data-driven decisions
- Experience with MCC management across multiple accounts
- Understanding of CRO principles, landing page best practices, and how ads and on-site experience work together
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
- Strong English communication (written)
- Available to work UK business hours (9am-5pm GMT)
