JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a content director producing monthly video packages for real estate agents. I'm looking for a skilled, reliable video editor to work with me on an ongoing basis. You'll receive proxy files and deliver polished, export-ready edits.

Currently will be looking to trial an editor for one shoot, so end deliverables will be 5-6 edited videos.

Deliverables per package (2-3 listings shot)

2 videos of Cinematic property videos

Smooth, high-end walkthrough style. Modern styled attention grabbing text and transitions. Clean cuts, color grading, trending audio or licensed music.

2 videos of Highly edited short-form reels

Fast-paced, vertical format. Smooth and dynamic transitions, on-screen text, trending audio or licensed music.

1–2 videos of Fun / ---------- -style reels

Light, entertaining content. Captions, ---------- formats, trending sounds.

What I'm looking for:

- Experience editing real estate or lifestyle video content

- Comfortable working with proxy files (you edit proxies, I handle the original footage)

- Strong color grading and audio sync skills

- Familiar with short-form content trends (Reels, TikTok)

- Reliable turnaround — clear communication if delays come up

- DaVinci Resolve is preferred, but can use Premiere as well.
