Shopify & Facebook Ads Virtual Assistant (E-commerce)

We are looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented Shopify & Facebook Ads Virtual Assistant to support our fast-growing e-commerce brand.

Your main responsibility is to execute our front-end marketing workflow using structured SOPs. This includes creating ad creatives with AI tools, preparing product listings in Shopify, and launching campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager.

We provide clear step-by-step systems and processes. Your role is to execute these workflows accurately, consistently, and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities
- Execute product listing workflows in Shopify
- Create ad creatives using AI tools (based on provided SOPs)
- Generate ad copy, hooks, and scripts using AI tools
- Launch and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager
- Follow step-by-step workflows provided by the team
- Update internal sheets and systems when tasks are completed
- Ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Work closely with the team to maintain smooth marketing operations
