We run a fast-growing AI content brand producing short-form podcast-style videos for social media. We have a proven system — static character images, scripts, and reference videos — and we need someone who can bring them to life in a way that looks completely authentic and human.

Schedule & Availability
2 videos per day, every day. You must be reliable, consistent, and able to deliver on a daily schedule without chasing.

What You Will Be Doing
— Generating AI avatar video clips from static images and provided scripts
— Matching the visual style, lighting, and framing of reference podcast clips as closely as possible
— Ensuring every clip looks authentic — no visible AI artefacts, unnatural movement, or robotic lip sync
— Using whatever tools and workflow produce the most realistic result (Kling, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, etc.)
— Delivering clean final exports ready to post, on time daily

You Are a Fit If
— You have a portfolio of realistic AI avatar or talking head videos you have produced
— You know how to work from a static image reference and match an environment/aesthetic
— You obsess over realism — bad lip sync or stiff movement is not acceptable to you
— You can work independently without hand-holding
— You are available daily and treat deadlines as non-negotiable
