Media Buyer – Pressure Washing Marketing Agency

About the role:

We are a marketing agency that runs Meta ads for pressure washing businesses across the US. We currently manage 14 clients and are growing. We are looking for a reliable media buyer to handle the day-to-day execution of our clients' ad campaigns.
You do NOT need to write ad copy, scripts, or strategy. We provide all the scripts. Your job is to edit the video creatives using the voiceovers and footage we provide, upload them to the client's ad account, launch the ads, monitor performance based on leads generated, and report daily.

This is a flexible remote role. Workload varies day to day — some days are light monitoring, others involve editing and launching. Estimated 5–8 hours per day on average across all clients.

What you will do:

- Edit video ad creatives for each client using raw footage and voiceovers we provide (captions, cuts, music, branding)
- Upload creatives to the client's ad account and launch campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
- Check each client's ads every day and monitor performance
- Edit and update live campaigns based on instructions (audience, budget, copy)
- Report back to the agency owner daily with a simple performance update
- Flag any issues, disapprovals, or drops in performance immediately

Requirements

- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads — must have managed at least $10,000 in total ad spend
- Solid video editing skills — able to edit short-form video ads (captions, cuts, transitions, music)
- Familiar with campaign structure: campaigns, ad sets, and ads
- Knows how to set up audiences, budgets, placements, and objectives
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Strong written English communication

Pay:

- $100–$150 per client per month depending on performance and reliability. You will start with a small number of clients and grow as you prove yourself. Top performers managing 10+ clients can earn $1,000–$1,500/month and more.
