We’re looking for a results-driven Social Media VA who knows how to create and scale viral content (not just post for the sake of posting)
If you’ve grown TikTok/Instagram accounts, understand what makes content go viral, and can prove it with real results, we want to work with you.
Rate: $3/hr
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday: 9AM–7PM / 8PM PHT
Saturday: 10AM–3PM PHT
What You’ll Do
- Plan, create, and publish high-performing short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels,
- Focus on viral growth strategies, not just consistent posting
- Analyze trends, hooks, formats, and competitors to replicate winning content
- Work with video editors / AI tools to produce engaging videos
- Continuously test, iterate, and optimize content performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with business goals
- Track and report performance metrics (views, engagement, followers, conversions)
What We’re Looking For (VERY IMPORTANT)
- We are strictly looking for candidates with PROVEN results.
When applying, you MUST include:
- Accounts you’ve managed (TikTok / Instagram /
- Your exact role (e.g. full ownership, content planner, editor, assistant)
- Starting vs ending metrics (followers, avg views, engagement rate)
- Specific viral content examples (links if possible)
- Screenshot proof of analytics/results
(No proof = automatic disqualification)
Ideal Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Viral hooks, storytelling, and retention strategies
- TikTok / IG Reels algorithms
- UGC-style and ad-style content
Experience growing accounts from:
- 0 ? X followers
or scaling existing accounts significantly
- Ability to identify and replicate trending formats quickly
- Familiar with AI tools (Kling AI, CapCut AI, etc.)
- Chinese language is a plus (for content targeting Chinese-speaking audiences)
Important Note:
We are not looking for someone who just posts content.
We want someone who can:
- Drive views
- Grow accounts
- Create viral hits consistently
If your experience is mostly scheduling or basic posting without measurable growth, this role is not a fit.
