We are looking for a UGC Manager who understands that content is not just creative, it is a growth engine.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing creators, developing high-performing ad creatives, and working closely with performance marketing teams to scale winning content.
???? Role Overview
As our UGC Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a pipeline of creators, briefing high-converting content, and continuously improving creative performance across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Ads.
You will play a key role in turning user-generated content into scalable, revenue-driving assets.
???? Key Responsibilities
Source, onboard, and manage UGC creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
Develop clear and structured creative briefs aligned with brand voice and performance goals
Collaborate with media buyers to identify winning angles, hooks, and formats
Analyze ad performance and iterate creatives based on data
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of fresh UGC content
Manage content delivery timelines and ensure quality control
Stay updated on UGC trends, viral formats, and platform changes
Organize and maintain a content library for easy reuse and scaling
???? What We’re Looking For
2 to 4 years of experience in UGC, influencer marketing, or content strategy
Proven experience working with DTC brands or performance marketing teams
Strong understanding of:
TikTok-style content
Meta ads creatives
Hook, storytelling, and conversion-focused content
Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize creatives accordingly
Excellent communication skills for managing creators and internal teams
Highly organized with strong execution skills

Experience scaling ad creatives past 6 figures/month spend
Hands-on experience with tools like:
Meta Ads Manager
TikTok Ads Manager
Notion / Airtable
Background in copywriting or creative strategy
