About Us
We run a 12-week online program that helps educators and education professionals build profitable teaching businesses without quitting their jobs. We work with passionate, mission-driven educators who are tired of salary caps and institutional red tape. They want to own their expertise and build income on their terms. We're growing fast and need a sharp, sales-minded VA to help us scale.

What You'll Do
Your primary job is to move conversations toward enrollment.
You'll be the first voice prospects hear from us. You'll engage with cold and warm leads on social media, respond to DMs, qualify interest, book discovery calls for our co-founder, and track everything so nothing falls through the cracks.
This role requires flexibility and eagerness to learn. You'll need to step in and be trained on whatever the business needs as we grow — whether that's refining DM scripts, testing new outreach strategies, or supporting other areas of the business. We're looking for someone who sees this as an opportunity to grow with us, not just complete tasks.
Daily Responsibilities:
DM Management & Lead Engagement

Monitor and respond to messages across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Use our proven scripts to move cold and warm leads toward discovery calls
Follow up consistently with prospects using our outreach sequences
Identify high-intent prospects and book calls with our closer

Lead Qualification

Ask qualifying questions before booking calls (current role, pain points, timeline)
Flag hot leads to prioritize
Politely redirect poor-fit prospects

Call Booking & Coordination

Send Calendly links to qualified leads
Confirm calls 24 hours in advance and send reminders
Update tracker with call outcomes (showed / no-showed / rescheduled / closed)

Tracking & Reporting

Update DM tracker daily (who was contacted, responses, next steps)
Update sales tracker after each discovery call
Provide weekly reports on activity and results

Light Social Media Engagement (As needed)

Like and comment on posts from warm leads
Respond to story replies and engagement
Maintain a warm, relational presence online


Who You Are
Must-Haves:

? Sales experience — You've done appointment-setting, lead generation, or sales support before. You understand how to move conversations toward a goal.
? Amazing conversational English — You write like a real person, not a robot. Your grammar is flawless and your tone is warm and natural.
? Admin skills — You're organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple conversations and tracking systems without dropping the ball.
? Eager learner — You're excited to be trained on new systems, tools, and strategies. You don't just want to complete tasks — you want to understand the business and grow with it.
? Cultural fit — You're proactive, positive, and collaborative. You bring solutions, not just problems. You communicate clearly and take ownership of your work.

Compensation & Hours
Starting Rate: $4.00/hour
Hours: 20–25 hours per week to start (potential to grow to 30–40 hours based on performance and business needs)
Commission: $125 per closed sale (begins after your first month of employment)
Payment: Weekly via PayPal, Wise, or your preferred method
How Earnings Work:
Month 1 (Training Period):

You'll earn your base hourly rate while you learn our systems, scripts, and processes
No commission during Month 1 — this is your ramp-up period

Month 2 and Beyond:

Base pay continues at $4/hour
You earn $125 commission for every prospect you engage with who enrolls in our program
Commission is paid weekly along with your base pay

Commission Eligibility: You earn commission when a prospect you directly engaged with (via DM, follow-up, or booking coordination) enrolls in our program. We track this through our DM and sales trackers, so you'll always know which leads are yours.
Example Monthly Earnings (After Month 1):

Base (25 hours/week × 4 weeks × $4/hour): $400/month
Commission (3 closed sales/month × $125): +$375/month
Total potential: $775+/month

High Performer Example:

Base: $400/month
Commission (5 closed sales/month × $125): +$625/month
Total: $1,025+/month

As you prove yourself and take on more responsibility, we're open to raising your base rate and increasing commission structure.

Work Schedule & Availability
Required Working Hours:
We need someone available during U.S. Central Time (CST) business hours, specifically:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (at least partial overlap required)
Some flexibility required for evening coverage (7:00–9:00 PM CST) 2–3 nights per week when discovery calls happen

You don't need to work all those hours, but you need to be responsive during those windows.
Start Date: As soon as possible (we're ready to onboard the right person immediately)
