Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize new customer segments and industries
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to uncover high-potential leads
- Develop outreach campaigns (calls, visits, digital touchpoints) to convert prospects
- Build early-stage relationships and move leads into the sales pipeline
- Partner with marketing to design targeted campaigns for key industries
- Provide customer insights to shape content, messaging, and product positioning

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Proven success in new customer development and lead generation
- 3–8 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, components, or industrial solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and digital engagement skills
- Hunter mindset with curiosity for markets
