We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative (Voice) to join our team onsite in Antipolo. This is a full-time, graveyard shift role, ideal for candidates who are comfortable handling customer calls and delivering excellent service.
About the Role
Our company utilizes advanced AI technology to handle most inbound customer inquiries. However, when customers prefer to speak with a human representative, calls are routed to our support team.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling these escalated or preference-based calls, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls routed from our AI system
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution
Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication
Document interactions accurately in the system
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or call center (preferred)
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable working on a graveyard shift
Willing to work onsite in Antipolo
Tech-savvy and able to navigate systems efficiently
