JOB OVERVIEW

-We are currently looking for dedicated and personable individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Representative.
-This is a fully remote position where you'll engage with customers via online chat, offering support to issues they face.
-If you have a talent for copywriting and thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
> Manage multiple simultaneous chat conversations
> Communicate clearly and creatively in English
> Help customers with their issues in a timely manner

Shift & Schedule:
> Available shifts: Allocated depending on team requirements at time of hiring
> Time off is permitted upon request with advance notice

Team Culture:

> Weekly team meetings to connect.

Compensation:
> $500–$600 per month
