JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing international medical tourism company connecting patients from the UK, USA, Canada and France with world-class cosmetic surgery in Tunisia. We are now building our creative team in Manila and looking for our first Creative Specialist to join us directly.
This is a ground-floor opportunity — you will work directly with the founder and have real ownership of our brand's visual identity across English-speaking markets.
What you will do:

Design social media posts, ad creatives and campaign visuals for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Edit short-form videos and reels for social media
Adapt existing marketing materials from French to English markets
Create presentations, brochures and client-facing documents
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Support the sales team with visual content

What we are looking for:

Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design and video editing
Strong portfolio showing social media ads and short-form video content
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro or CapCut
Good English communication skills — written and spoken
Self-motivated and comfortable working with a small international team
Experience working with foreign clients is a strong advantage

What we offer:

PHP 50,000 – 55,000/month
Work directly with the founder — fast decisions, no corporate bureaucracy

1-month trial period with full-time contract upon passing
