Video Editor (Full-Time) — Specializing in Construction Content / Real estate
We’re looking for a highly skilled video editor to join our creative team full-time. Our company specializes in creating high-quality marketing and social media videos for construction companies — showcasing craftsmanship, transformations, and client stories.

If you’re passionate about storytelling, editing cinematic content, and bringing real-world projects to life, this is for you.

???? Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience (agency or freelance work acceptable)
Computer capable of smooth 4K+ video editing and color grading

Minimum specs:
Apple M3 Mac or equivalent PC (Ryzen 9 / Intel i9, RTX 4070+ GPU, 32GB RAM minimum, 1TB SSD)
High-speed storage for project files (SSD or RAID recommended)
If your system can’t handle 4K+ exports with grading and motion graphics — this role isn’t for you
Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and social media trends
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently

???? Skills Needed
- Advanced video editing (YouTube/blog style, cinematic sequences, Reels/TikToks)
- Color grading (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere, or Final Cut)
- Simple 3D & motion graphics (After Effects, Blender, or equivalent)
- Captioning & subtitles
- Using trendy templates, effects, and transitions
- Experience editing construction, real estate, or outdoor project videos is a huge plus
