Bookkeeper Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with QuickBooks and a strong command of English, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Generate financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing
Collaborate with management to support financial decision-making
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper
Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
