JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

We're an advertising agency looking for a reliable and detail-oriented VA/Account Manager to help us with day-to-day tasks inside Facebook Ads Manager. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time.

Tasks (not limited to):

Uploading & organizing ads into the correct ad accounts, ensuring proper campaign structure, naming conventions, and pixel setup.

Daily monitoring of ad campaigns – checking spend, CTR, CPM, CPC, and flagging any unusual activity.

Updating reports (Google Sheets/Excel) with daily/weekly performance numbers.

Budget pacing checks – ensuring campaigns don’t overspend or underspend.

Basic troubleshooting – checking disapproved ads, verifying pixel/tracking issues.

Coordinating with designers & copywriters to ensure creatives are uploaded on time.

(Optional if skilled) Launching new campaigns following provided SOPs.

Requirements:

Strong familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager.

Attention to detail (campaign structure & tracking accuracy is critical).

Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel.

Fast learner with the ability to follow SOPs.

Bonus: Experience in iGaming/High compliance niches.
