JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a high-performing cold caller to help us find off-market deals.

This is a serious role for someone who wants to grow and make real money, not just collect a salary.

???? Responsibilities:
Call 300–600+ property owners daily
Use a dialer (BatchDialer or similar)
Followscript + adapt naturally (no robotic reading)
Identify motivated sellers
Pre-qualify leads (condition, timeline, price, motivation)
Tag and update leads properly in CRM
Pass hot leads to acquisitions team
???? Requirements:
Fluent English (clear, confident, natural tone)
Minimum 6+ months cold calling experience (REAL ESTATE preferred)
Strong objection handling (not afraid of rejection)
Consistent, reliable, and coachable
Quiet workspace + stable internet
Available during U.S. EST hours
? YOU ARE A GREAT FIT IF:
You already understand terms like ARV, cash offer, distressed property
You’ve worked with real estate investors or wholesalers
You can keep energy high after 200+ calls
