We are looking for an experienced HR and operations professional to design and implement a structured hiring and workflow system for a remote team.
Currently, our processes are fragmented—hiring requests come from multiple channels, candidate tracking is inconsistent, and internal task management lacks visibility. We need someone who can bring clarity and structure by building scalable systems that improve both recruitment and day-to-day operations.

Hiring System
Design an end-to-end recruitment workflow (intake to onboarding)
Build a candidate tracking system with clear pipeline stages
Develop interview scorecards and evaluation criteria
Create standardized communication templates for candidates
Operations System
Set up a task management system (Notion, Trello, or similar)
Organize workflows for internal requests and task tracking
Implement a clear structure for prioritization and follow-ups
Improve overall visibility and accountability across tasks
Onboarding & Documentation
Create a structured onboarding workflow for new hires
Develop SOP templates and organize documentation
Ensure a smooth transition from hiring to active work
