JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are a digital marketing agency that helps local service businesses — contractors, landscapers, plumbers, cleaners — get professional websites and get found on Google.
We need an experienced cold caller to contact small business owners from a pre-built list and schedule a short 15-minute discovery call with our founder.

Your job is simple: follow the script, make calls, book appointments. We handle everything after that.

What we provide:

A verified lead list with business name, phone number, and business type
A proven call script (short and conversational — not salesy)
A dedicated US business phone number to call from (OpenPhone)
Weekly feedback and coaching

What we're looking for:

Fluent English speaker with a clear, confident phone voice
Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience required
Minimum 80 dials per day
Available during US business hours (Mountain or Pacific time preferred)
Self-motivated and reliable — daily call log required

Compensation:

$2.50/hr base
Bonus of $5 per appointment booked that shows up to the call
Paid weekly
