Hiring: Recruitment Head (Remote | PH-Based)

We’re looking for a Recruitment Head who can take full ownership of hiring, team management, and client-facing communication.

This role goes beyond filling roles. You’ll be the person ensuring we bring in the right talent, keep clients confident, and lead a recruitment team that delivers consistently.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles
Posting and sourcing candidates across platforms
Screening, interviewing, and endorsing top candidates
Leading and managing the recruitment team
Maintaining strong communication with clients throughout the hiring process
Improving hiring flow, timelines, and candidate quality
Handling client updates, expectations, and feedback with confidence

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment
Strong client engagement and communication skills
Confident managing a team and keeping people accountable
Skilled in sourcing across multiple job platforms
Organized, proactive, and able to make decisions independently
Comfortable working during Australian business hours

Role Details:

Day shift
Fully remote (Philippines-based)
$8–$12 AUD/hour (based on experience)
