We’re looking for experienced and confident sales representatives who can build rapport with international clients, drive conversations, and convert engagement into revenue.

This role is not just customer support we want strong communicators who know how to keep conversations flowing, identify opportunities, and upsell naturally. If you are persuasive, engaging, and competitive about hitting targets, you’ll thrive here.

You’ll receive industry-leading training, but we’re especially interested in candidates who already understand online sales, engagement psychology, and closing techniques through.

Working Hours
- 8 hours per day
- 6 days per week
- Fully remote

Key Responsibilities
-Engage international clients through chat support, building rapport and maintaining engaging conversations
- Identify opportunities to upsell and promote premium services naturally during conversations
- Keep conversations active, interesting, and focused on conversion
- Handle multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Track interactions and performance using Google Sheets and Notion
- Maintain detailed logs and follow internal communication protocols
- Work toward daily and monthly revenue targets

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who are confident communicators and natural closers.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Excellent written English (C1 or higher) — near-native fluency preferred
- Experience in sales , online engagement, or conversion-focused messaging
- Ability to guide conversations toward purchases or upgrades
- Fast and accurate typing while managing multiple chats
- Strong understanding of client psychology and persuasive communication
- Highly organised, reliable, and performance-driven
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Experience working with international clients is a strong advantage
