Objective:
We are looking for an experienced Ad Specialist and Social Media Manager to set up, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, while also handling social media content execution and engagement to generate leads, improve visibility, and drive consistent results.

Responsibilities:
Ads Management:
Set up and launch ad campaigns within 24–72 hours
Create, manage, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns
Monitor performance and scale winning ads
Implement retargeting strategies
Provide clear performance reports and insights
Social Media Management:
Create and post content (videos, graphics, captions) across platforms
Manage and schedule content via GoHighLevel (GHL)
Handle basic engagement (comments, messages, interactions)
Ensure consistent brand presence across social channels
Assist in content execution based on provided strategy
Requirements:
Proven experience running successful ad campaigns
Strong understanding of targeting, conversions, and optimization
Experience in social media management and content posting
Must provide proof of results (screenshots, case studies, or portfolio)
Able to execute quickly and work independently
Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred Experience:
Lead generation campaigns
Webinar or funnel-based marketing campaigns
Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
Combined Ads + Social Media Management roles
