WHAT THIS ROLE OWNS
- Full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top-tier candidates at a high level
- Team compliance tracking — making sure every placed tea
- Onboarding experience — building and running a structured onboarding process that sets every new hire up to win from day one
- Offboarding & substitution — managing the process of transitioning tea
- HR documentation — maintaining team records, contracts, and internal HR policies in Notion
- Leadership communication — keeping founders informed on pipeline status, team flags, and HR updates proactively
- Culture support — actively contributing to a high-performance internal environment where people feel seen and held to a standard

YOU'RE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU:
- Have solid corporate HR or recruitment experience — you understand process, compliance, and people at a high level
- Source and recruit exceptionally well — you know how to find the right person, not just any person
- Are highly proficient in Notion — you live in it, you build in it, you organize everything through it
- Have working experience with Claude or other AI tools — and you're genuinely curious about how AI can make your work sharper and faster
- Are technically savvy — you pick up new tools quickly and understand how systems connect inside a growing company
- Communicate proactively — you don't wait to be asked, you update before leadership has to follow up
- Can handle sensitive HR situations — offboarding, substitutions, performance conversations — with professionalism and discretion
- Are looking for a long-term home — not a stepping stone. You want to grow with a company that's building something.
