Remote Property Management Assistant (VA) – Strong Follow-Through Required
We’re hiring a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day property management operations. This is not a passive role — we need someone who takes ownership, follows through on every task, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
Core Responsibilities:
Track and follow up on rent collection (daily check-ins, late payment reminders)
Manage maintenance tickets from request to completion (coordinate vendors, confirm work is done)
Handle tenant communication quickly and professionally
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including checklists and scheduling and booking cleaners
Track security deposits and ensure proper return documentation
Maintain clean, accurate records (payments, leases, updates)
What We’re Looking For:
Strong follow-through — you don’t drop tasks, and you chase completion
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Fast response time and clear communication
Able to manage multiple properties and ongoing tasks without supervision
Prior experience in property management or operations is a plus
Important:
This role requires someone who closes loops, not just starts tasks. If you tend to forget follow-ups or need constant reminders, this is not the right fit.
NOTE: This is a part time role, if you want full time hours we do have another business you are welcome to help with if you'd like.
Compensation:
$4/hour w/ bonuses
