B&A Food Brokers is looking for a detail-driven Customer Service & Systems Admin to join our team. You'll play a central role in keeping our vendor and customer operations running smoothly — managing portals, processing orders, and supporting the full lifecycle of our product lines. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:
Portal & Systems Management
Own the full lifecycle of customer and vendor portals — new item setup, promotional contract entry, price adjustments, and ongoing maintenance
Run weekly movement reports and distribute to internal team and vendor partners
Perform deduction analysis — identifying, tracking, and flagging discrepancies across accounts
Manage ordering and procurement workflows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Monitor product lifecycle from authorization through discontinuation

Customer Service & Account Support
Process orders accurately and audit invoices for data integrity
Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve issues, gather missing information, and respond to requests
Maintain and update customer and vendor records
Relay key customer and vendor feedback internally

What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in sales admin, customer service, or account support
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Microsoft Teams for daily communication and collaboration
Experience with CRM platforms and customer/vendor portals
Familiarity with food industry units of measure — pounds, ounces, cases, and pack configurations
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with EST hours overlap
High level of ownership and follow-through

Compensation $3/hr -$5/hr depending on experience
Hours: Full-time or part-time, EST overlap required
