About the Role
Our firm is seeking a Client Services Liaison to serve as the welcoming voice and primary point
of contact for prospective and current clients. This role is essential in managing incoming leads,
guiding potential clients through our intake process, and helping convert inquiries into retained
clients.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and confident in communicating with individuals
who may be navigating important legal planning decisions. This role requires a client-first
mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly. Experience working
in a law firm or familiarity with trust and estates is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients.
- Respond to and manage incoming leads through phone,
- Guide prospects through the firm’s intake process and introduce them to our services.
- Build rapport with potential clients and help convert qualified leads into retained clients.
- Schedule consultations and coordinate appointments with attorneys and team members.
- Maintain organized client records and communications throughout the intake process.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and clients to ensure a positive experience.
- Utilize platforms such as Calendly, Dialpad, Lawmatics, or similar applications to manage scheduling, calls, and client intake.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience or strong ability to build relationships and convert leads.
- Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor.
- Experience working in a law firm or familiarity with trust and estates practice is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM, scheduling, and communication tools such as Calendly, Dialpad, Lawmatics, or similar systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
