JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organised Virtual Assistant to join our growing team based in Australia.

This is a full-time opportunity within an established business, where we already work with other Virtual Assistants and offer a structured environment, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth. We also offer commission-based incentives, recognising performance and results.

???? About the Role:

This is a 40-hour per week position, requiring full dedication. It is not suitable for candidates working multiple jobs at the same time, as the role involves continuous communication, task tracking, and daily operational responsibilities.

You will play a key role in supporting the business through client communication, bookings, and administrative tasks, as well as contributing to content creation.

???? Key Responsibilities:
• Inbound and outbound calls (telemarketing and client follow-ups)
• Converting leads into booked consultations
• Appointment confirmations and schedule management
• Daily task tracking and spreadsheet updates
• Administrative support
• Basic video editing (CapCut or similar) for marketing content

?

? Requirements:
• Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
• Confidence on phone calls (sales or customer service experience preferred)
• Experience with booking systems (training will be provided)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using systems, spreadsheets, and digital tools
• Ability to multitask and follow processes consistently
• Experience with video editing (CapCut or similar)
