JOB OVERVIEW

We don't hire closers. We hire people who give a damn.

We are Nexus Motion Studios. Real estate agents send us their listing photos and we deliver 12 professional videos by the next afternoon — vertical for Reels and TikTok, horizontal for ---------- and Facebook. One upload. Done by tomorrow.

Every agent you talk to is running a business. They're trying to win listings, impress clients, and stand out in a market full of agents doing the same thing. Our job is not to sell them something — it's to genuinely help them. That means every conversation adds value whether they buy or not. Share a tip about what's working on listing videos right now. Tell them what makes a Reel actually get views. Point them in the right direction even if that direction isn't us.

The agents who feel helped become customers. The ones who become customers come back. The ones who come back refer others. That's the business we're building.

If it's not the right fit we say so and move on. We would rather lose a sale than damage someone's trust.

That mindset is non-negotiable here. If you're motivated purely by closing numbers this is not the right role.

What you do daily:
— Send 100+ outreach messages to agents via Instagram, LinkedIn, and email
— Use our AI tool to personalize every message in 30 seconds
— Have real conversations — not scripts
— Share example videos and let the work speak for itself
— Give value in every interaction whether they order or not
— Follow up with patience until they're ready — or not
— Move every lead through GoHighLevel CRM

You are the right fit if:
— You believe the best sale is one where the customer wins
— You have sales, BPO, or outreach experience
— You already use at least one AI tool regularly
— You follow up every day without being chased
— You work independently and take ownership
— Strong written English is non-negotiable

Details:
— Full time 40hrs/week
— $6/hr paid weekly via Wise
— Monday to Friday
— All tools provided
