JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing Amazon wholesale distributor and warehouse business focused on sourcing profitable brands and products for long-term growth on Amazon.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our daily product research process.

Daily Tasks:
Pull 10-15 brand leads from SmartScout using specific filters
Check BSR trends, price stability, and stockouts using Keepa
Run quick profit calculations using RevSeller or SellerBoard
Log results clearly in Google Sheets
Send us the top 3–5 best leads every day
Requirements:
Fast learner with strong attention to detail
Clear and professional English communication
Comfortable working with Google Sheets
Some overlap with US time zone preferred
Process:
Short screening interview (20 minutes via Zoom/Google Meet)
Paid test task ($10 for 30 minutes) for shortlisted candidates
