You’ll be working directly with a bold, high-energy clinical psychologist, speaker, and coach who helps women break out of societal boxes and step into their most powerful, authentic lives.

1. Social Media Engagement (High Priority)

You will:
• Monitor comments, DMs, and replies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Respond to potential clients, speaking inquiries, and warm leads using provided scripts
• Identify people expressing interest and move them toward booking calls or taking next steps
• Keep conversations organized and flagged for follow-up

Translation: You’re helping turn attention into actual clients.

2. Lead Generation (Speaking + Coaching + Consulting)

You will research and identify potential:
• Speaking opportunities
• Podcast interviews
• Corporate consulting leads
• Coaching clients
• Reach out via email, LinkedIn, or other platforms
• Track leads and outreach in an organized system
• Continuously bring in qualified opportunities (not random spammy lists)

3. Email Marketing + Funnel Support

You will:
• Manage email platforms (KIT + Mailchimp preferred)
• Import/export contacts and maintain clean lists
• Set up and manage:
• Email campaigns
• Automations
• Broadcast emails
• Create and/or edit:
• Simple landing pages for lead magnets
• Pop-ups on websites for email capture
• Support with:
• Designing or updating lead magnets (PDFs, guides, etc.)
If funnels confuse you…this will stress you out, you need to be proficient
