What You'll Be Doing
Researching, conceptualizing, and creating Meta ad creatives (static and video) using AI tools and design platforms
Writing compelling Dutch-language ad copy and headlines using AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) with a sharp eye for conversion
Setting up, launching, and managing Meta Ads campaigns
Monitoring ad performance daily and making data-driven iterations to improve CTR, CPL, and ROAS
Optimizing the waitlist landing page (Shopify) for maximum
Setting up and managing Klaviyo
Reporting weekly on key metrics: leads collected, cost per lead,
Suggesting and testing new angles, audiences, and creative concepts based on data

What We're Looking For
Required:
Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of e-commerce growth and lead generation funnels
Experience with Shopify (landing page optimization, basic edits)
Experience with Klaviyo (building flows, segments, and broadcast campaigns)
Ability to read and interpret Meta Ads Manager data and make strategic decisions based on it
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, etc.) for copy and creative production
Strong written English; ability to produce Dutch-language copy using AI tools with quality control
Self-starter mentality — you manage your own time and hit deadlines without hand-holding
Nice to Have:
Experience launching a new brand or product from zero
Knowledge of landing page best practices and A/B testing
Experience with Dutch or European e-commerce audiences
Basic video editing skills for Reels/Stories ad formats

The Role
Hours: ~20 hours per week (part-time, flexible scheduling)
Timezone: Must be available for overlap with CET (Central European Time) for at least 2–3 hours per day for communication and check-ins
Work Setup: Fully remote
