Virtual Assistant (Go High Level + Marketing + Admin)
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks ahead, and operates like a true tea
About the Role: You will support a fast-paced business with a mix of:
Marketing execution
* Admin + operations
* Content + systems management
You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in keeping the business organized, visible, and growing.
Core Responsibilities
* Go High Level (REQUIRED – No Exceptions)
* Build and update landing pages, funnels, and forms
* Create and manage workflows + automations
* Set up and manage
* Upload blogs and format content inside GHL
Marketing + Content
* Manage and schedule content across:
* LinkedIn (PRIMARY platform)
*
* Upload blogs and newsletters (LinkedIn + GHL)
* Add images, format posts, and publish content
* Edit videos: Long-form (Descript) and Short-form (CapCut)
* Create graphics in Canva
* Support LinkedIn growth strategy (connections, engagement, lead generation)
Admin + Operations
* Update contracts and documents
* Manage listing platforms (commercial real estate sites)
* Maintain organization across systems (Google Drive, ClickUp, etc.)
* Assist with day-to-day operational tasks
Required Skills & Experience
* 4–7+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant (or similar role)
* High Level (GHL) experience— REQUIRED
* Strong admin + organizational skills
* Experience managing social media accounts professionally
* Strong LinkedIn knowledge (growth + outreach + engagement)
Experience with:
-Descript (long-form editing)
-CapCut (short-form editing)
-Canva (graphics + basic video)
-Strong attention to detail (you catch mistakes before anyone else does)
-Excellent written and verbal English communication

Schedule
* Full-Time: 40 hours/week
* Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (with 1-hour break)
