Gift wrap
Custom products (blankets, posters, mugs, etc.)

We are entering a major growth phase and need someone who can execute and help drive revenue.

???? YOUR ROLE

You are not here to “assist.”

You are here to:

Execute campaigns
Launch products
Use marketing channels (email, social, website) to generate sales

???? SOCIAL MEDIA (IMPORTANT)

You will:

Create and post conversion-focused content (not just aesthetic posts)
Turn posts into sales drivers (clear CTAs, offers, urgency)
Repurpose content across:

Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
Support launches, promos, and seasonal campaigns through social

???? This is not about “posting consistently” — it’s about driving revenue from content

? WHAT YOU WILL DO

Launch products within 24–72 hours
Build and send email campaigns (GoHighLevel)
Create and execute offers (bundles, urgency, promotions)
Update and optimize Shopify product pages
Increase average order value (AOV) with upsells and add-ons

Execute campaigns for:
Graduation
Mother’s Day
Teacher Appreciation
Q4 (Black Friday / Christmas) etc.

You must:
Take initiative without waiting to be told what to do
Be comfortable making decisions
Work fast and efficiently
Understand that your work impacts sales and revenue

? REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Shopify (product listings + optimization)

Email marketing (GoHighLevel)
Campaign execution (not just posting)
Ability to work without constant supervision
