We are seeking a highly capable, Philippines-based recruiter to support our search team through candidate sourcing, outreach, and initial screening. This is a client-facing role that plays a critical part in identifying top-tier talent, engaging candidates professionally, and conducting polished first-round candidate intakes via phone and Microsoft Teams.
We are a small, high-performance team (3 based in the U.S., 1 in the Philippines), so this role requires strong ownership, reliability, and consistent communication. The ideal candidate is fully dedicated to this position and available to work U.S. business hours.
This individual will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, representing our firm with professionalism, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through initial evaluation.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
Must have 1+ year of hands-on experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
Must have 1+ year of candidate screening experience, including conducting real-time conversations with U.S.-based candidates
Strongly preferred: experience sourcing candidates on Indeed
Excellent written and spoken English (near-native fluency)
Strong video presence and professionalism in client and candidate interactions
Experience conducting structured candidate screenings and evaluations
Availability to work U.S. business hours consistently
Comfortable operating in a small, client-facing, high-performance environment
