Creative Strategist & Production Coordinator (E-commerce)
We’re hiring a Creative Strategist & Production Coordinator to help us scale our paid creative output for Meta.
This role sits between creative strategy and execution. You will research winning ad concepts, identify ideas worth testing for our brand, adapt and write scripts, prepare voiceover and soundtrack drafts, create clear briefs for editors, and coordinate creator content production.
We’re looking for someone with strong creative taste, Meta ad understanding, good written English, and solid execution skills.
What You’ll Own
1. Creative Research & Strategy Support
You will research competitor and adjacent-brand ads, identify concepts and scripts that could work for our brand, and help build a clear pipeline of ideas worth testing. You should be able to recognize strong hooks, understand what makes an ad compelling, and think in terms of “same but different” rather than just copying what already exists.
2. Script Development
You will adapt winning concepts to our brand, write new scripts when needed, and create multiple hook variations for each concept. You should understand how to write for paid social, especially Meta, and know the difference between writing something that sounds good and writing something that is designed to convert.
3. Creative Assembly & Briefing
You will generate voiceovers, pair them with music, and assemble rough audio drafts that can be used for production. You will also turn concepts into clear, structured Notion briefs for editors, including line-by-line shot guidance, references, and relevant asset links. You should have enough editing sense to understand rhythm, pacing, and how a creative should come together.
4. Creator Coordination
You will help source creators for content batches following our SOPs, support outreach and follow-up, keep communication organized, and make sure deliverables are collected and stored properly. You should be comfortable coordinating moving parts, tracking progress, and helping maintain a reliable flow of fresh creator content.
Expected Deliverables :
The role is designed to support a consistent paid creative testing pipeline by following SOPs. The expected output includes:
- Consistent production of new video briefs (8 per month to start)
- Script development, voiceover generation, ongoing research
- 1 creator batch every 1–2 months, typically around 5 creators
- Creative Strategy research
What We’re Looking For
You are likely a strong fit if you have experience working on Meta creatives for ecommerce brands and understand how paid social ads are structured to perform.
You should have:
- Experience with Meta /
- strong understanding of hooks, angles, and direct-response creative
- good written English
- the ability to identify winning concepts and adapt them to a brand
- basic to strong editing skills
- Experience in following SOPs
- a good sense of rhythm, pacing, and creative flow
- strong organization and attention to detail
- the ability to turn ideas into clean, actionable briefs
- experience in DTC / ecommerce
Nice to Have
experience using DaVinci Resolve
experience with 11Labs or other voiceover tools
experience working with UGC creators / influencer coordination
experience building briefs in Notion
Payment
This role will start part-time (4 days a week, Monday to Thursday) moving toward full-time.
Compensation will depend on experience and proof of past results, but our initial target range is around $11.7/hour - $1500/month to start, with room to grow for the right person as results and responsibilities expand.
