Phoenix A ---------- and Injury Law Firm is a client-focused personal injury firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation and compassionate service. We are growing and looking for an experienced Intake Specialist who understands the urgency and sensitivity of personal injury cases.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Intake Specialist with prior experience in a personal injury law firm. This role is critical as the first point of contact for potential clients. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high volume of calls and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential clients
Conduct initial case screenings and gather relevant facts
Evaluate potential personal injury claims (MVA, premises liability, etc.)
Sign qualified potential clients on the first call
Accurately enter and manage client information in the case management system
Schedule consultations and follow up with prospective clients
Communicate clearly and compassionately with individuals who may be in distress
Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new cases

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Intake Specialist in a personal injury law firm (preferred)
Strong understanding of personal injury case types and intake procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine or similar) is a plus
