Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
- Partner with hiring managers to define and fill hiring needs
- Post jobs and source candidates across multiple platforms
- Deliver a strong candidate experience and manage interview processes to negotiating offers
- Conduct an interview
- Support onboarding activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Min 1 year of Recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Knowledge of full-cycle hiring and employment practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Relevant degree preferred
