We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Virtual Assistant (Operations & Admin) to support a growing real estate business.
This is not a basic VA role. You’ll help manage daily operations, maintain systems, and keep everything running smoothly from CRM management and lead tracking to scheduling, follow-ups, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
CRM management (Follow Up Boss or similar)
Lead tracking and pipeline organization
Calendar and
Follow-up systems and task management
SOP creation and process improvement
Client Care
Pulling Data for reports, blogs etc
Tools:
Follow Up Boss, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Canva, Click up , Notion , ChatGPT & other AI tools, Zapier
What We’re Looking For:
Highly organized and Attention to detail a Must
Proactive and reliable
Tech-savvy and efficient
Strong communication skills
Self Starter
Strong English required.
