BASE SALARY + BONUS PER CLOSED/PAID AGREEMENT
This is a performance-based outbound role.
You are expected to handle conversations, build trust, and move prospects toward signed agreements.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR:
Beginners
Low-volume callers
People looking for “task-based” work
Anyone uncomfortable with high rejection
Anyone uncomfortable working under KPI management
Anyone uncomfortable with cold calling
If you are not a disciplined, high-output caller, this will not be a fit.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make high-volume outbound calls using GHL Power Dialer
Maintain 60–80+ dials per hour consistently (adjusted for meaningful conversations)
Call fresh leads first, then aggressively manage follow-ups
Speak with distressed homeowners
Build trust quickly and move conversations toward action
Handle objections confidently but emotionally mindful
Push for signed agreements or clear next steps (like scheduling with a closer until you are comfortable getting signed agreements on your own for larger bonus payout)
Manage callbacks and pipeline daily
This is real cold calling.
You are expected to drive outcomes, not just complete calls.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Full workday or shift consistency (no gaps, no disappearing)
Strong follow-up discipline (no missed opportunities)
Proactive communication (no excuses, no delays)
Ownership of results — not just activity
1 Signed Agreement per week minimum for part time individuals, or 2 Signed Agreements per week minimum for full time individuals (or 5 appointments for closers per week for part time or 10 appointments for closers per week full time hours)
If you hit dial numbers but do not manage your pipeline, this is not a fit.
SCHEDULE
20 hours/week to start
Must work U.S. evening hours (EST)
Evening / Weekend availability preferred (this is when most leads answer the phone = signed agreements)
Fast path to full-time for strong performers
COMPENSATION
Hourly pay (based on experience)
Bonus per closed case (company has received payment from courts/attorney)--- minimum $250.00 USD each

IDEAL CANDIDATE
1. Fluent in English
2. Experienced in cold calling, collections, real estate, or financial hardship
3. Comfortable making 300–600+ dials per full shift pace
4. Has used GHL Power Dialer
5. Emotionally intelligent and confident on the phone but sensitive to the potential client's situation
6. Highly disciplined and consistent
7. Thinks in terms of results, not tasks (for example, if you tell me you have called all of your new leads and need direction to go through your follow-ups, this is not for you).
8. Have good internet connection and headset to cancel background noise

1. What is your average daily dial volume in past roles?
2. What experience do you have using GHL Power Dialer?
3.. What is your availability in EST hours?
4. If given 300 new/fresh leads today, how would you work them over the next 3 days while still managing leads in follow-up pipeline?
5. Any proof of conversion rates? Closed deals?
6. Walk me through exactly what you do in the first hour of a shift when you receive fresh leads. Be specific.
7. If a prospect says “I need to talk to my husband/wife,” what do you say next?
8. How many active clients are you currently working with, and how many hours per week are you committing to each? (The context to this question is I have had a couple of recent candidates commit to 4 -5 companies full time hours each which is absolutely impossible. I would prefer someone who could work less hours but, be dedicated and disciplined during their shift).
