JOB OVERVIEW

Sales Virtual Assistant (Calls, Social Media & Customer Support | Part-Time ? Full-Time | Long-Term)

We are looking for a reliable, positive, and motivated Sales Virtual Assistant to support multiple growing businesses, including a used car dealership and real estate business.

This is a part-time position to start, with to learn the business and the opportunity to grow into a full-time quickly, long-term role for years with the right person.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responding to customer inquiries (Facebook, text, online leads)
Making outbound & inbound calls to follow up with leads or set appointments to view a vehicle
Setting appointments and helping move deals forward
Creating and managing social media ads & posts
Assisting with daily business tasks across multiple companies
Keeping leads organized and updated
Bringing ideas to help grow the business ????

What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Comfortable and confident making phone calls to U.S. customers
Experience with sales, lead follow-up, or customer service
Knowledge of Facebook Marketplace & social media ads
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Positive attitude, dependable, and easy to work with
Someone who thinks ahead and takes initiative (VERY IMPORTANT)

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred)
Experience in auto sales or real estate
CRM or lead management experience
Ad writing / marketing ideas
