We're hiring a full-time, remote Assistant Project Manager to support the management of our digital department. You'll work closely alongside our Project Manager to help coordinate projects, manage task schedules, assist with client communication, and keep the day-to-day moving smoothly using tools like Asana, AI, and more.

The ideal candidate has a good understanding of digital marketing — from SEO and social media to Google Ads, geofencing, and email marketing — and knows how to support a busy team without missing a beat. You'll be a key part of making sure our projects stay organized and our clients feel taken care of.

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Task Scheduling – Help build out and maintain project timelines and task assignments in Asana to keep the team on track
• Onboarding & Offboarding – Assist in initiating new client onboarding projects and offboarding processes
• Project Coordination – Help keep internal tea ---------- mbers and clients in the loop throughout each project
• Content Approvals – Send content and deliverables to clients for review and track responses and follow-ups
• Communication – Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and tea ---------- mbers, helping ensure everyone has what they need
• Internal Updates – Keep the Project Manager informed with timely updates and flag any roadblocks that need attention
