JOB OVERVIEW

Location : Remote

We’re looking for a video editor to join us as the first hire in a brand-new media division within our company.

This role will initially focus on short-form content for Instagram and Facebook. As we refine our systems, style, and performance, the position will naturally evolve—offering strong opportunities for growth as the division expands.

This isn’t a “just edit and deliver” type of role. We’re seeking someone who genuinely cares about quality, is eager to improve quickly, and is motivated to continuously elevate their skills and creative output.

What you’ll work on

Short-form videos for Instagram Reels and Facebook
High-retention edits with strong hooks, smooth pacing, and polished visuals
On-screen text, captions, cuts, and basic motion graphics
Following and contributing to the development of a consistent brand style

Required skills

Solid understanding of attention, retention, and storytelling
Ability to apply feedback effectively and improve with speed and accuracy
