The Role:

I am a real-estate investor in the US (East Coast) running everything myself. I need a "ride-or-die" partner to help me run the daily operations. This isn't a corporate job; it’s just you and me.

Eventually, I want you to run the whole show.
What you’ll do:

• The Voice: You will talk to contractors, vendors, and tenants daily.

• Project Lead: You’ll track construction progress and make sure workers show up.

• The "CFO": Track project budgets, handle invoices, and manage rent collection.

• Thick Skin Required: You’ll deal with tough contractors and stressed tenants. You must be firm and professional.

Must-Haves:

• Perfect Spoken English: No exceptions. You will be on the phone constantly.

• Extreme Ownership: You don’t wait for instructions; you solve problems.

• US Hours: Must be comfortable working on EST time.

• Loyalty: I’m looking for someone to stay for years. You’ll be part of the family.
