Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our remote team. You will be responsible for reaching out to small and medium-sized business owners in the US, qualifying them for business funding products, and guiding them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to prospective US-based business owners using provided leads
Qualify businesses based on monthly revenue, bank deposits, and funding needs
Educate prospects on products and alternative business financing options
Walk qualified leads through the application process and collect required documents
Follow up with prospects via phone,
Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Meet daily call volume targets and weekly submission goals
Hand off funded/approved deals to the relationship manager or closing team
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing
Fluent spoken and written English — clear, confident phone presence is a must
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills
Reliable internet connection, headset, and home office setup
Availability to work US business hours (EST )

Prior experience working with US-based clients or employers
Background in insurance sales, collections, or financial advisory
