JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:
We are looking for a Cold Caller to drive gym partnerships and outreach. This role is focused on initiating conversations, handling objections, and nurturing leads through follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to gyms and fitness businesses
• Comfortable shifting calling time blocks based on lead availability
• Drafting and following up with hot leads through email
• Build and maintain lists of target gyms and contacts
• Handle objections and communicate value propositions effectively
• Send follow-up emails and maintain consistent communication
• Track outreach and manage pipeline updates

Requirements:
• Strong spoken English with a neutral or American-sounding accent
• Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales
• Ability to handle objections and guide conversations confidently
• Experience with CRM tools or lead tracking systems is a plus
• Organized, persistent, and results-driven
