## **Workflow & Systems Implementation Specialist (Remote)**

**Part?Time or Contract | Long?Term Potential**

### **Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly experienced **Workflow & Systems Implementation Specialist** to help design, document, and implement efficient workflows, task structures, and standardized documents across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who has **deep, hands?on experience building operational systems from the ground up** and can both **strategize and execute**.

This is not a data?entry or basic VA role. We are looking for a true **process architect** who understands how work actually flows inside a professional services business and can turn that knowledge into scalable systems.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Design and implement end?to?end **workflows** for core business processes
* Build and optimize **task lists, task dependencies, and automation triggers**
* Create **SOPs, process maps, checklists, and internal documentation**
* Standardize and improve **document templates and internal forms**
* Work closely with leadership to translate business goals into actionable systems
* Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements
* Assist with system rollouts, testing, and refinement

### **Required Experience & Skills**

* **Extensive experience** creating workflows, SOPs, and operational systems
* Proven ability to **implement**, not just recommend, process improvements
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Experience working with **task management, workflow, or practice management platforms**
* Ability to document complex processes in a **clear, user?friendly way**
* Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
* Excellent written English communication skills

### **Preferred (but Not Required)**

* Experience supporting **professional services firms** (legal, accounting, consulting, medical, etc.)
* Experience with tools such as:
* Practice/project management systems
* Automation tools (e.g., workflows, triggers, conditional logic)
* Process documentation platforms (SOP libraries, visual workflows)
* Process?improvement or operations background
