About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Contractor to help drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand presence for TA+. This role combines digital marketing, social media, campaign strategy, and analytics. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building growth programs from the ground up and is comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
The primary goal of this role is to develop and execute a growth strategy that accelerates TA+ toward reaching 10,000 active users and 20?ily Active Users.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Campaign Development
Develop and implement a user acquisition strategy targeting older adults and ARC personas (family caregivers, adult children, and care advocates)
Identify high-potential channels, partnerships, and communities to drive awareness and engagement
Create messaging frameworks and campaign plans aligned to TA+’s mission and user needs
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic, social,
Social Media & Content Creation
Establish TA+ social media presence across recommended platforms
Create content strategies and manage consistent posting
Produce or supervise creation of posts, graphics, videos, and engagement content
Build a sustainable content calendar and brand voice guidelines
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, including events and funnels
Track KPIs related to acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention
Analyze performance and provide actionable recommendations
Run A/B tests and optimize messaging, landing pages, and user flows
Create weekly performance reports with insights and optimizations
Marketing Operations & Enablement
Build reusable templates, workflows, and reporting tools
Develop flyers, posters, and collateral for online and in-person outreach
Support cross-functional initiatives related to user onboarding and product experience
Qualifications
5+ years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
Proven experience driving user acquisition for a digital platform or SaaS product
Strong skills in GA4, campaign analytics, content creation, and social media strategy
Experience creating marketing materials (using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
Ability to work independently and produce measurable results
Experience with senior audiences or caregiver communities is a plus
