JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based financial technology company looking for a reliable appointment setter to join our team on a part-time, remote basis.

Leads come through our website, book a call with our sales team, and your job is to call them within 60 seconds of booking to confirm attendance and make sure they have the preparation material before their call. That is it. No cold calling. No selling.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Call inbound leads within 60 seconds of them booking an appointment
- Confirm they are attending their scheduled call
- Make sure they have received and will review the required material beforehand
- Log all outcomes in our CRM

REQUIREMENTS
- Flawless, professional English (no accent)
- Previous experience on the phone in a sales or customer-facing role
- Available during US time zones (EST/PST)
- Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a quality headset
- Ability to call leads immediately when a new booking comes in

COMPENSATION
- Base monthly rate
- Per-call performance bonus (faster response to new leads = higher bonus per call)
