Approximately a one time 7-11 hour project, with possibility for more projects.

We do not need someone to reinvent everything.
We need someone who can go into Squarespace, follow instructions, make the changes correctly, and improve the site without creating more work.

This is an execution role.

What You Will Do

You will help clean up and improve existing Squarespace websites.

Tasks may include:

editing existing Squarespace pages and sections
cleaning up spacing, formatting, layout, and page flow
improving mobile responsiveness
fixing buttons, links, forms, and calls to action
building or editing simple landing pages
checking booking links and form flows
making basic on-page SEO updates
updating page titles, meta descriptions, headers, image alt text, and internal links
testing everything before publishing

You will be working from clear instructions.
Your job is to execute well, catch issues, and make the site cleaner and more conversion-focused.

Who This Is For

knows Squarespace well
is fast and detail-oriented
can follow directions exactly
notices mistakes before being told
tests work before calling it finished
communicates clearly
understands basic landing page and conversion principles
can handle basic SEO implementation inside Squarespace

Bonus if you have worked on:

therapist websites
coaching websites
service business websites
consult funnels
booking flows
Who This Is NOT For

Do not apply if you:

need constant hand-holding
disappear or respond slowly
rush through work and miss details
call work “done” without testing it
want to redesign everything your own way
only have generic VA experience but weak Squarespace skills
are not confident with layout cleanup, mobile fixes, and basic funnel tasks

We are looking for someone who makes things easier, not harder.

First Tasks

Your first assignments may include:

cleaning up homepage sections
improving one or two service pages
fixing mobile spacing and formatting
building or editing a consult landing page
updating SEO titles and meta descriptions
checking CTA buttons, forms, and booking links
making sure pages are polished before publishing

If you perform well, this can become ongoing work.
